Visit the official admission portal admissions.uettaxila.edu.pk and click on “MY UET”. Register using your CNIC/Form-B number, fill the online application form, and deposit the Rs. 4000 application processing fee through HBL Konnect or Internet Banking.

The application processing fee is Rs. 4,000. It can be paid by using following methods after generating Admission Processing Fee voucher from admission portal,
Payment Methods:
i. HBL Mobile App: Go to payments, Select 1-Bill Invoice, Enter Consumer Number (Prefix+Voucher No) and Process payment. ,take screen shoot of successfull transaction.
ii. Bank Of Punjab Branch:- Print Admission Processing Fee Voucher, Visit the BOP branch submit the fee, upload the paid fee challan/ Paid Fee Proof to admission Portal.

You must have passed F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) / ICS / DAE (relevant field) or equivalent with at least 60% marks for Engineering programs and 50% marks for BS Math/ Physics /Computer Science / Engineering Technology programs. You must also appear in the TCAT/ECAT/Equivalent test.

TCAT/ECAT/Equivalent (Engineering University Admission Test) is conducted by UET Lahore. Registration usually starts in February/March. Register at admission.uet.edu.pk.

Merit Formula:
• HSSC-I / DAE (1st and 2nd Year)/ Equivalent = 50%
• TCAT/ECAT/Equivalent / Entry Test = 33%
• SSC / Matric = 17%

Yes, HSSC Pre-Medical students can apply for Engineering programs. However, they must qualify the ECAT/ TCAT / or an equivalent test with Mathematics as an additional subject/combination. Applicants are also required to provide the result of the Additional Mathematics paper or the Condensed Mathematics course, as per the admission requirements of the respective university.

Limited hostel seats are available for male students on merit basis. Female students have very limited accommodation. Hostel dues are approximately Rs. 36,000 – 40,000 1^st semester.

Yes, DAE holders in relevant technologies from PBTE are eligible to apply in Engineering and Engineering Technology programs. They must appear in TCAT/ECAT/Equivalent.

Multiple merit lists are displayed after the TCAT/ECAT/Equivalent result. You must regularly check your “MY UET” account on the admission portal.

Students who have been offered admission need to complete the following steps:
1. Pay the semester fee to secure your seat.
2. After paying the semester fee, upload the paid challan form on admission portal, scrutiny team will verify the uploaded documents.
3. Candidate needs to check his/her email and admission portal regularly for re-upload documents/ upcoming merit lists.
4. Wait for the original document submission plan, it will be available in the end of July or start of August.
