Candidates who wish to apply for Freezing or Downgrading of their admission are requested to send an email to [email protected] using their registered email address (the email address used on the Admission Portal).Please use the following subject line: "Application for Downgrading/Freezing (Afternoon Programs)"
In the body of the email, candidates must mention the following details:
Admission Tracking ID
Department/Program
Quota under which they wish to Downgrade or Freeze their admission
A clear statement indicating whether you are requesting Downgrading or Freezing.

Notice
All candidates who have secured admission in Engineering Programs but have failed in HSSC Part-II or obtained less than 60% marks are hereby directed to report to the Admission Office along with their HSSC Part-II result. Similarly, candidates who have secured admission in BS Physics, Technology Programs and Computer Science but have obtained less than 50% marks in HSSC Part-II are also required to report to the Admission Office along with their result. Candidates are advised to report to the Admission Office at the earliest.🏠
