Procedure & Requirements

Filling of Entry Test Application

i. The Entry Test forms shall be filled online through the following web link from 13-June-2016 to 30-June-2016 :
ii. Applicants must ensure that the entered data is correct before taking a printout of the bank challan.

iii. In case of non-availablity of computer facilities, applicants may use the online form submission facility in the designated computer laboratory in Department of Computer and Software Engineering [DOT IT LAB], UET, Taxila from 13-June-2016 to 30-June-2016.
iv. The Entry Test Fee of Rs. 500/- may be deposited on printed challan in any Online HBL Branch in Pakistan.

Receiving Admit Card Online

Applications will only be received online and candidates are not required to visit any test center. The admit card will also be printed online by the candidate. Following steps are to be followed for receipt of admit card:

i. After submitting entry test fee in the bank, wait for 48 hours.

ii. Login to web link Click again. Click the option "Get Online Admit Card" on the main menu. Enter your tracking number and CNIC.

iii. If fee payment confirmation has been received, you will be asked to upload your recent passport size color photograph with blue background (Picture Format: JPEG or GIF, Maximum file size upt to 1.0MB) and choose a test center.

iv. Your Admit Card would be generated immediately.

v. If fee payment is not confirmed even after 48 Hours, candidates may upload the scanned copy of their paid challan form on the portal as directed on the website. Payment would be confirmed after verification.

Requirement of Photo-ID at the Test Centre during Entry Test

Applicants are reminded to arrange for photo-ID like any original document (CNIC, SSC certificate, HSSC-I certificate, Domicile or Driving License etc) having photograph for presentation in the Entry Test Centers during the Entry Test. Failure to present a photo-id may result in expulsion from the Test Center.
